I understand that the Membership Committee will investigate this application and I authorize Tuscarora Country Club or any of its agents to obtain credit or other reports from any credit or other reporting agencies.

I understand that the Club may accept or reject my application for membership without stating any reasons or causes for such rejection or acceptance. I agree to accept such decision without requesting any reason for such decision and without any request for reconsideration. I further understand that if I decide to resign my membership in Tuscarora Country Club, I must provide a written notification of my intent. Once my application has been approved, I will receive notification by mail. Dues will be prorated from date of application.
